HD Tune Pro 5.5

Official Link to purchase HD Tune Pro: http://www.hdtune.com/buy.html

Video I made of running some of the tests with HD Tune Pro 5.5: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sBiQWSsF5TI

If you're looking for a reliable program to test HDDs and SSDs, then seriously think about using HD Tune Pro. It works on Windows XP through 10, so that's not a problem.

FREE: Watch Documentaries

http://documentaryaddict.com/
http://documentaryheaven.com/
http://topdocumentaryfilms.com/
http://youtube.com - type in subject

Here are a couple sites I use to watch documentaries. I also like to check out what the local library has available.

Always be careful with data derived from documentaries. Fact check before you quote documentary statistics. Not all documentaries are created equal.

FREE: Online Cyber Security Classes on Cybrary.IT

One course that I'm interested in seeing is: Python for Security Professionals

I haven't registered for this site, so I don't know if it is user friendly. I'll keep an eye on it. When this Python class is ready, I'll register and check it out.

For more information about Cybrary.IT, check out this article on The Hacker News.

FREE: NASA Open Source Software

NASA's got a whole section of Open Source Software at software.nasa.gov. This is an extensive catalog of software used by NASA at their various space and research centers. If you download from the NASA catalog, you've got to register and fill out a Software Usage Agreement form so that you can get a SUA.

Some of the software can be accessed via NASA's github account. You wont need to fill out a form for these programs. And, the selection is a limited in comparison to the actual NASA catalog.
